www.Ringopub.com. Come see our first publication for children with Type 1 Diabetes. It is a great book for a child newly diagnosed or early in their diagnosis. Information about the basics of diabetes is given in a manner that motivates the child to want to participate in their daily care. Danny sparks the imagination of the child to be creative and enjoy being a kid, while balancing a life with diabetes.
Our goal is to provide a portion of the proceeds from sales to non-profit organizations. Each organization is chosen in relation to the product being sold. Our first organizations we are focusing on include the American Diabetes Association (ADA) and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). These organizations provide valuable information and resources to people with diabetes, their support persons and healthcare providers. Ringo Publishing, Inc. does not have any relationship with these organizations other than to provide donations from sales.
We are currently looking for people to share their stories about living with diabetes. This is open to anyone who has the diagnosis of diabetes, a parent or child of someone with diabetes, a person who cares for someone with diabetes or a healthcare provider with a connection to diabetes care.
